Vacuums have come a long way from the cumbersome corded models of decades past, but they’re not exactly…cheap. Thankfully, we’ve spotted lots of Black Friday vacuum deals on all sorts of models—from upright to robotic to hardwood-specific to pet-friendly—many of which we’ve written about before and have tested in our own homes.
This year’s deals are some of the best we’ve seen, so we gathered them all up in one place. That means you can spend your precious hours prepping for the holiday season, not paging through endless coupons and browser sessions. Whether you’re looking for a low price on a stick vacuum that’ll suck up the gunk in your hardwood-covered home, a more powerful corded option for high-pile carpet (or lots of fur babies), a robot vacuum deal for mindless tidiness, or some combo of the three, we’ve featured the best here.
Our Top Picks for the Best Black Friday Vacuum Deals:
And there are more where that came from. From household names such as Dyson and Shark to lesser-known (but just as high-quality) models like Eufy, there’s a Black Friday vacuum deal out there for every home and budget.

Best Stick Vacuum Deals
Tineco products have a special place in the hearts of Clever staffers. We’ve recommended the Tineco Pure One S12 Smart Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner as one of the best vacuums for hardwood floors and commerce director Rachel Fletcher described the Tineco Pure ONE X Cordless Vacuum Cleaner as “low maintenance and smooth sailing.” So it’s safe to say the Tineco Pure ONE S15—with its iLoop Smart Sensor and one-touch dustbin clean—would be something worth snagging this Prime Day (especially if you have pets).
What are the best Black Friday vacuum deals without at least one Dyson? The V15 Detect is the brand’s newest version of the Detect line, which has a microfiber brush head, LED light, and powerful suction to seek out even the tiniest specs of dust and debris. The LCD screen shows you exactly what’s being swept up in real-time (which, honestly, you might not want to see). This one is great for hardwood floors or low-pile carpets, and the dustbin is sizable enough that you won’t need to empty it every 10 minutes.
Don’t take our word for it: The Dyson V8 earned a spot in AD‘s 2021 Awards thanks to not one but two nominees. According to designer Leah Ring, “the Dyson V8 cordless vacuum changed my life, and I will never go back to a corded vacuum again. Spending so much time inside, I find keeping a tidier place helps me focus more when I’m working, and the convenience of the cordless Dyson makes vacuuming not feel like such a chore.” Fellow designer Ryan Belli called the V8 an “emotional support robot” and says, “My dog sheds like nothing on this planet and without this lovely machine I would lose my mind.” Another Dyson V8 is also on sale (keep on reading) but if you want something with a little more power, go for this model. The Dyson V8 Absolute is over $200 off, and it’ll come with two different vacuum heads instead of the V8’s one as well as different attachment.
This one is hot off the presses from Target’s Black Friday sale. The V8 origin is a classic cordless model that can do it all with a reasonable price tag (even more reasonable now that it’s $130 off). If you’re a bit of Goldilocks when it comes to vacuums, this middle of the road Dyson is the perfect fit for a deep clean without any unnecessary accoutrements.
This Shark cordless vacuum is one of our go-to picks for hardwood floors, largely because of its self-cleaning ability. The brushroll and silicone PowerFins sweep up debris and pet hair without tangling. The floor nozzle has an LED light that helps one AD editor, “find more dirt than I would care to know about.” The HEPA filter protects against allergens, and it’s easy to empty the dustbin without getting sneezy. The vacuum also comes with two attachments, including a crevice tool for all the nooks and crannies.
For those on the hunt for a sleek and stylish vacuum that won’t be an eyesore in your living room, feast your gaze on the Samsung Bespoke Jet. Contributor Terri Williams gave the Bespoke Jet a whirl earlier this year and found it works just as beautifully as it is designed. “There’s more to the machine than just looks,” Williams said. The machine rests in a self-emptying cleaning station that doubles as a charging dock. It’s got a super high wattage at 210 W, while also staying pretty lightweight and thus provides a super easy maneuver. “The combination of looks and performance make the Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner my favorite new cleaning machine.” Now at a big markdown, this is definitely one of the best Black Friday sales out there right now.
Larger spaces lend themselves to a vacuum with a wide head for easy, efficient cleaning. This Dyson model has an adjustable power trigger so you can add more suction where you need it, and it offers a full hour of runtime. Like most Dyson stick vacuums, it can be easily converted to a handheld vacuum, too, for cleaning furniture, cars, and more.
So many Dyson deals, so little time. This particularly heavy duty model runs for 60 minutes and has night vision and a microfiber head. Our contributor Terri Williams reviewed the model when testing for hardwood floor vacuums: “The Dyson V12 Detect Slim Cordless Stick Vacuum has an angled laser that detects a surprising amount of dust particles on the floor,” Williams says. “And if that’s not enough, the Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner has a color-coded LCD screen to reveal the types of particles being sucked up by the deep suction motor and passing through the detangling motor-bar cleaner head.”
Best Robot Vacuum Deals
“I have a mix of hardwood, low-pile carpet, and throw rugs, so it’s important for a robot vacuum to effectively clean each surface without making a mess,” Williams says of this vacuum. “It needs to be intelligent enough to detect the different surfaces and adjust accordingly. And since I’m busy, I’d prefer that the robot vacuum empties and cleans itself.”
“The Eufy X10 Pro Omni Robot Vacuum is one of my tried and true favorites,” Williams says. “However, the futuristic Eufy Robot Vacuum Omni S1 Pro is sleeker and more impressive—although it’s also much more expensive.” Get it for over 30% off now during Black Friday.
You can save $200 on Dyson’s first-ever robot vacuum, which is a favorite of AD contributor Terri Williams. “Powerful suction is apparently one of Dyson’s core values, and I was impressed (but not surprised) that this little robot vacuum didn’t leave anything on the floor,” Williams says. “The brush bars provide edge cleaning, and that’s another feature that allowed it to pick up dirt and debris along the baseboards.”
No this isn’t some alien space probe—just one of Roborock’s newest vacuums, the Q Revo robot vacuum and mop. Not only does this model feature a self-emptying base, it’s also got an impressive mop set-up. Think dual spinning mops along with automatic washing and drying post-cleanup. Snag this for 40% off and say hello to spotless floors forever.
Ditch your mop in favor of a robo mop vac from Yeedi that’ll quickly turn into your new one-stop cleaning shop. Using smart technology, the Yeedi can detect the floor type and adjust its cleaning methods accordingly. It also features advanced 3D obstacle avoidance software so you won’t have to stack up all your small tables and chairs whenever you run your mop vac.
If you want a vac that literally does everything, this wet/dry vacuum from Roborock is the way to go. It’s self-cleaning, self-emptying and even has a water reservoir that will refill the robot with mop water for you—pretty much the definition of set-it-and-forget-it. The bag at the dock holds seven weeks of dust, and you can store enough water in it to mop over 3,000 square feet without refilling. The Roborock companion app lets you manage everything from your phone and you can enable Siri, Alexa, or Google Assistant to go even more hands-off.
iRobot knows a thing or two about making the best robot vacuums. This model connects to your Wi-Fi and runs on your schedule so you can come home to clean floors every day (if that’s your thing). It has a 90-minute run time and a three-stage cleaning system to ensure a squeaky clean home.
A behemoth of a robo vac, this Deebot works just as cool as it looks. The towering all-in-one Omni station alleviates one bit of the cleaning process and the robo vac itself even has voice control, allowing you to tell your vacuuming device exactly what you want it to clean and where. Score this advanced piece of tech for 27% off while the discount lasts, as Amazon Black Friday deals are constantly changing.
Another robot vacuum deal, we recommended Eufy’s RoboVac X8 Hybrid Robot Vacuum as the best option for pet hair, so it’s safe to say this slightly slimmer version would suit a similar purpose. The Eufy 11S cleans relatively quietly, has a 100-minute run time, and features BoostIQ technology that triggers an ultra-powerful suction when a deeper clean is needed.
The Shark IQ Self-Empty Base Robot Vacuum won the title of Best Overall Robot Vacuum for Hardwood Floors from our list of 14 thoroughly tested machines. This smart, self-emptying machine can hold up to a month’s worth of dust and dirt. It can be programmed from your phone for easy cleaning, and it’s also self-charging. “[The IQ] has everything I wanted—and more—when searching for the best vacuums for hardwood floors,” Williams says. And—enter drumroll.
Best Corded and Upright Vacuum Deals
An under $100 pick that puts in work? We’ll take that, thank you. Eureka’s upright vac is a multi-surface wonder, but we especially recommend it for a space with lots of carpet. It comes with several attachments for floorboards, the cracks in your couch, and more, and has a large bin.
If you’re more of an upright vacuum person, you can’t go wrong with Shark’s Navigator. It has a 0.9-quart capacity (larger than a Dyson), and works with a HEPA filter to trap dust and allergens inside. The body of the vacuum also detaches from the foot, so you can clean high or hard-to-reach corners with ease. And because it’s corded, you’ll never have to worry about charging—or having the battery die in the middle of a cleaning session.
Even on sale, Dysons aren’t exactly budget-friendly. Shark’s lightweight Rocket model, however, offers similar functionality for just a third of the price: It’s bagless, under nine pounds, handles all floor types from carpet to hardwood, and easily converts into a handheld vacuum. It’s also corded, which means you’ll never have to worry about charging. Another perk: Even on sale, it still comes with a five-year warranty.
Best Wet/Dry Vacuum Deals
This wet dry vac received rave reviews from our contributor, Terri Williams. In fact, Williams rated it the best vacuum overall in our Best Vacuums for Hardwood Floors roundup. “This is the Swiss army knife of vacuums, and the one I reach for most often because it’s so versatile,” she says. “The LG Cordless A9 Kompressor with Power Mop, which weighs about five pounds, has a smart inverter motor to suck up dirt and debris, and a soft power floor nozzle that’s gentle on my hardwood floors.”
Another neat two-in-one mop and vacuum, the Neatbot is also self emptying and is as effective on carpet as it is on hard floors–a distinction not all robot vacuums can claim. “I found the suction on this robot vacuum to be quite impressive regardless of what it was cleaning (although it can be startlingly loud when using maximum power),” Williams says. “It maps quickly and moves efficiently… Using the Neatbot App, it’s easy to schedule cleanings and create no-go zones.” Score one for $220 off with code “N3220” at checkout.
The two tank cleaning system on this Bissell two-in-one smart vacuum and mop allows it to easily suction up any leftover crumbs and debris or wipe up any spills or hard-to-sweep dirt. It also offers 130 minutes of run time on a single charge, which is more than the iRobot Roomba and eufy models above.
While BISSELL’s Little Green isn’t exactly a vacuum (it uses both water and suction to lift dirt and stains) it is a top-rated favorite among reviewers. “It’s cleaned the surface stains in the carpet AND helped to get rid of old/lingering smells that were under the carpet in the pad,” one such reviewer writes. Another shares that it “gave me my couch back,” after years of stains from a dog and three kids. At under-$100 at Amazon, it’s the cheapest we’ve been able to find it online—and will be much cheaper than hiring a professional carpet cleaner.
The nice thing about cordless vacuums is they bring everything (and sometimes more) that your classic vacuum might bring, but without any of the pain of needing to juggle a wire as you vacuum. This model from Tineco has a slightly larger tank capacity than previous generations of the FLOOR ONE, meaning more cleaning for a longer time.
We’ve included a bunch of robot vacs from roboroc, but did you know the brand also has a few more upright, standing models as well? This wet vac can suction your floors and mop them at the same time, and it will even clean and dry itself once it’s all done. Plus, it‘s currently over 30% off.
And if you want a model that’s specifically targeted towards tackling pet hair, then take the CrossWave Pet for a spin. It’s got a tangle-free brush roll, pet hair strainer, and a PET multi-surface formula to help maximize cleanliness despite the mess your furry friend (or friends) might bring to your house.
Best Handheld Vacuum Deals
The Shark Wandavac Handheld Vacuum is quite slim, which makes it ideal for tight spaces, like cleaning the counter space in between my appliances and in the corners of rooms. The filtration technology grabs everything from dust to larger objects. And because it’s so light and compact, I can store it practically anywhere to charge.
An super compact handheld vac option, this model from eufy doesn’t even really look like a vacuum until you put it to work. Perfect for life’s little messes, it’s ultra slim and lightweight, so you can easily store it away. And, with USB connectivity, you can easily charge it right next to your phone. Get this compact wonder for over 40% off.
You thought Hoover wasn’t going to make the best Black Friday vacuums list? The vacuum brand that is now used to describe everything from a baseball shortstop to a crumb-loving dog is still at it with the ONEPWR cordless handheld vacuum. Ideal for hard to reach spots around your house or in your car, this vacuum has a built-in extender and uses a HEPA filter to keep almost all dust particles out of the air.
If you’re into DIY or know how to find your way around a Home Depot, you probably know Black+Decker. The hardware store stalwart does more than make affordable drills, it also makes this snappy-looking little handheld vac. The pivoting nozzle allows you to get into those places that other vacuums simply can’t reach, making this ideal for pesky nooks and crannies.
What kind of vacuum should you buy?
- Cordless Stick
If ease-of-use and versatility are a must-have around the house, odds are you’ll get the most from a stick vacuum. They’re powerful enough for cleaning up big messes but are also ideal for the routine maintenance that comes from having a pet or living in an area with a lot of dust and allergens. They also tend to be more lightweight than their corded counterparts, if mobility is an issue for you. In 2024, many of them have battery power strong enough to run up to an hour uninterrupted and have suction capable of cleaning any room and any surface, without the inconvenience of a cord. The most popular stick vacuum brand is probably Dyson, but these days there are options at all price points, including Shark, LG, Samsung, or Roborock. - Robot
If getting out the vacuum each evening is a slog or you’d rather have someone else take care of messes, just have a robot do it. Robot vacuums are the ideal smart home companion, running on a predetermined schedule and seeking out the messiest areas without any guidance. Many of them even clean themselves and empty out their own dustbins, meaning you can literally set it and forget it. iRobot’s Roombas are the most popular version (and basically the Kleenex of robot vacs), but you can find great picks from Samsung, Shark, and more. Plus, you might even see your cat riding on it someday, and who can pass up that opportunity? - Corded and Upright
Not all corded vacuums are upright vacuums, but if you are seeking an upright vac for its power and capacity, odds are, it needs a constant power source to achieve results. They’re great for homes with pets that shed heavily or track lots of dirt into the house, but can be tricky to work with given the restriction of an electrical cord and their cumbersome design. If you want to be sure you can get everything with one pass, though, an upright might be the pick for you. There are also corded stick vacuum options, if lightweight mobility is a draw. - Wet/Dry
A Wet/Dry Vacuum is a godsend for those of us who live in homes with no carpet—some things just can’t (or shouldn’t) be vacuumed. An ideal combination of a mop-and-bucket and a Swiffer-style wet-or-dry mop, a wet/dry vacuum utilizes the suction and rotation power of a vacuum with just enough moisture to keep things from getting sopping wet. Some will even detect if mopping or vacuuming is needed and can toggle back and forth automatically. If you’ve still got a conventional mop at home, chuck it out. - Handheld
Keeping a handheld vacuum is perhaps not quite as necessary as it once was given the proliferation of stick vacuums that come with half a dozen attachments, but even the Dyson-obsessed homeowner can find use for a simple handheld vacuum. They’re great for cleaning up drywall dust after a weekend-DIY project or cleaning delicate home decor. You can even keep one in your car if you’re prone to spills.
