Because we’ve tried, tested, and investigated a lot of Amazon products over the years—sheets, towels, mattresses, you name it!—we know the best Prime Day home deals when we see them.
In fact, we’re so intimately familiar with everything the mega retailer is marking down at any given moment, we can tell you exactly which deals are worth your time and which to skip, especially in these final few hours. Cleaning Prime Day Home Deals

It wouldn’t be Prime Day without at least a dozen cordless vacuum deals. Editor-beloved home tech brand Dyson rarely runs sales, so when we see them slashing prices around this time of year, we know it’s time to hop on it. When she tested the V12 for our Best Vacuums for Hardwood Floors story, contributor Terri Williams had this to say about the V12, which is currently even more competitively priced than last Prime Day: “The Dyson V12 Detect Slim Cordless Stick Vacuum has an angled laser that detects a surprising amount of dust particles on the floor. And if that’s not enough, the Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner has a color-coded LCD screen to reveal the types of particles being sucked up by the deep suction motor and passing through the detangling motorbar cleaner head.” You can still get it now for 18% off!
Luckily, another one of Terri’s favorite hardwood vacs is also on sale as of writing. This hands-free robot vacuum (a must for any smart home) cleans floors and so much more—Terri recommended it for pet owners, as its intelligent design is specifically formulated for the fun messes only your furry friends can create. As Terri wrote in her review: “[The j7] uses smart scrub technology, meaning it can scrub in back and forth motions and it applies 1.6 pounds of pressure to remove paw prints and other messes created by your beloved pets. This Roomba model (which differs from Terri’s fave in that it has no mopping function and is thus a bit more affordable) scored high marks with digital features editor Nick Mafi when he tested it for our Best Robot Vacuum story earlier this year. Though it was his first robot vac, he instantly warmed to the automated and hands-off nature of the machine: ”I would recommend this vacuum for all types of consumers, but for people like me who host on the fly, it’s particularly great. In fact, one weekend I decided to host a few friends at my apartment—the problem was, these plans were made last-minute, and while I was away from home. So, instead of coming home to messy floors, I was able to order the robot to clean the space (via the app on my phone) so that when I got home, the space was clean. One of our favorite items on the Prime Day sales list (and perhaps the one with the cutest name) is the Little Green machine from Bissell. Think of this as the little floor cleaner that could. Air Purifier Prime Day Home Deals
With deals on Blueair, Levoit and Coway air purifiers running right now, allergies and air pollution don’t stand a chance in your house during this Amazon Prime Day season. For those of you on a deep dive for the best air purifier deals out there, we have a dedicated story for that, too.
We love a good air purifier deal around these parts and Blueair is one of our most trusted brands for these cleansing gadgets. While you might think spring is the only time you might need an air purifier, the truth is that we need them year round—especially if you’re prone to allergies or live in an area that’s susceptible to wildfires. Another one of the best Amazon Prime Day deals we’ve seen on a Dyson product so far happens to be a 2-in-1 air purifier and fan, perfect for the summer months and beyond. While we haven’t tested this exact model, we have tested the similarly over achieving Dyson fan, humidifier and purifier for our Best Air Purifiers round up and Rachel had great feedback on it: “When the air quality has dipped below ideal levels, it doesn’t seem to take much time for the purifier to do the job once I turn up the fan speed (it should be noted that this model also has an auto purify setting that will kick into high gear if the quality dips, but it is a little loud for my taste so I tend to keep it on a lower setting).”

Soft sheets, fluffy towels, high-end mattresses (many of which, you guessed it, we’ve tested ourselves!) and more can be found deeply discounted across the site.

They offer a free 30-day trial for newbies, and after that it’s $14.99 per month or $139 per year to take advantage of fast free delivery, Prime Video, and all the other benefits the mega retailer offers.
Now, as for the deals. Some last the full 48 hours, others are what they call “lightning deals” and they usually don’t last more than a few hours, so you have to act fast to take advantage. New offers on trending products roll in pretty consistently.
