The West Palm Beach Ritz-Carlton Residences launches sales
Those looking for a spot in a Ritz-Carlton Residence now have not one but two options in the state of Florida. Just weeks after London Bay Development Group launched sales in the second of two towers in Estero Bay’s Ritz-Carlton Residences, Related and BH Group are following suit at a West Palm Beach location.
The waterfront property will include 144 abodes, all of which will face east to take full advantage of the property’s unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. The design team for the property includes Arquitectonica and AD100 Hall of Fame firm Rockwell Group, the former of which also worked on the Estero Bay Ritz-Carlton Residences. The units will range from 1,400 to 3,000 square feet, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious balcony. Museum-quality artwork from the Jorge M. Pérez Contemporary Art Collection will be displayed in the common areas. Amenities include a pool, state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, a spa, and access to Ritz-Carlton Hotel services. (Available only to owners, those services include valet parking and 24-hour concierge attendance.)
“The West Palm Beach market has undergone tremendous growth in recent years, but momentum is only just getting underway,” BH Group founder Isaac Toledano said in a statement. “Projects like ours bring a new level of design, service, and exclusivity, and offer a rare opportunity to own a piece of what is already becoming one of South Florida’s most desirable neighborhoods and communities.”
Prices at the West Palm Beach Ritz-Carlton Residences start at $2.5 million. Douglas Elliman is handling sales for the property exclusively.

A penthouse in Nobu’s branded residences breaks an Abu Dhabi record
Abu Dhabi luxury real estate officially has a new record to beat. A unit in the Nobu branded residences has sold for $37.3 million, taking the spot of the priciest penthouse sale in the capital of the United Arab Emirates to date, according to Robb Report. Once built, the three-bedroom floor-through penthouse will include a spacious terrace with views of Saadiyat Beach, a private swimming pool, and its very own fitness studio.
Developer Aldar Properties launched sales on the mixed-use complex in November of 2023, offering a range of residence configurations, including one- to three-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom lofts, sky villas, and penthouses, with prices starting at roughly $1.7 million. Beyond the expected on-site Nobu restaurant, amenities at the property will include beach access, a cinema room, outdoor pools with cabanas, a gym, steam room, and sauna. The 12-acre complex will also include a 125-key Nobu hotel.
Dubai-based firm RSP Architects and AD PRO Directory member Studio PCH are designing the interiors. Completion of the residences is slated for 2027.
