AD PRO Sessions connect members with industry leaders to answer your hard-pressed questions in a real-time Q&A format. AD PRO members can register below for the AD PRO Color Trend Report session, hosted virtually on July 23 at 1:00 pm ET in partnership with Kohler.
Is there anything as satisfying in the design process as nailing down the just right scheme of pattern and pigment? In color, interiors find a kindred spirit—whether creating calm or making a bold statement.
AD PRO’s 2024 Color Trend Report corrals some of the industry’s best palette players to get their insights on the hues taking over kitchens and bathrooms—so long, white cabinets!—and the whole-home palettes they’ve coveting right now. Hint: Old-school decorating colors are making a comeback! AD PRO Senior Editor Lila Allen sits down with Rodman Primack, of AD100 firm RP Miller; Rayman Boozer, of AD100 firm Apartment 48; and Zoe Feldman, of AD PRO Directory firm Zoe Feldman Design, to discuss.
Plus, we’re entering the world of custom paint colors—When’s it worth it? And what’s the process and lead time? Get all your color-coated questions answered at this one-hour virtual event, which is presented by Kohler and open to AD PRO members.
Rayman Boozer Principal designer at AD100 firm Apartment 48
“People who don’t get color don’t get me,” Rayman Boozer once told AD. After nearly 15 years of running the beloved Manhattan boutique, Apartment 48—where retail took shape in a stunning and color-fueled residential concept—Boozer closed shop in 2008 and pivoted to interior design full-time. Now, the New York-based designer’s clients get Boozer’s penchant for pigment all to themselves.

Zoe Feldman Principal designer at AD PRO Directory firm Zoe Feldman Design
After working under the tutelage of AD100 designer Alexa Hampton, Zoe Feldman founded her eponymous, Washington, D.C.-based practice in 2004, bringing her take on modernized classicism to homes across the country. Feldman draws on her love of the practical, the playful, and the deeply personal to create spaces that are as inviting and soulful as they are sophisticated.

Rodman Primack Principal designer at AD100 firm RP Miller
Rodman Primack is unafraid of color, which certainly shows in his firm RP Miller’s adventurous interiors, from a tropical retreat in Hawaii to a rustic Kentucky farmhouse to a posh London townhome. The New York-based designer taps into his network of global artisans to commission pieces for his projects, which are well layered and utterly bespoke.
