Tastemaker Aerin Lauder has teamed up with Pottery Barn Kids to bring her classic, pretty-prep style to a new age group. Spanning wallpaper, bedding, toys, and furnishings, the line features wicker touches, scalloped edges, and sweet flora and fauna motifs—ensuring playthings chic enough for the most discerning parents.

“There is nothing I love more than being a mother to my two boys, which made this process especially enjoyable,” Lauder told AD of the collection. “Having children is such a special time and I was excited to design pieces inspired by those memories. I wanted the collection to be filled with giftable items and essential pieces that I felt every nursery should have.”

The products, which range in price from $29 to $1,099 and will be available starting January 18 on potterybarnkids.com.

“There was an added element of fun and whimsy throughout the process, since I am not typically designing for children,” Lauder explained. “Each piece was created with parents and newborns in mind, which reminded me of moments with my own children in their nurseries. We focused on the pieces that I remember loving and using most, and then applied playful design motifs and delicate details.”
