The Makarba plot, a 3,799 sq metre residential parcel, saw bids go from a base rate of Rs 35,000 per sq m to Rs 82,000, a premium of Rs 32,000. Similarly, the 2,623 sq m commercial plot in Vatva drew wide interest and ended up fetching Rs 38,000 per sq m, Rs 3,000 above the base rate.
