AHMEDABAD: The board meeting of the Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (Auda) on Saturday saw a doubling of fees for key development plan documents. DP and TP part plan fees rose from Rs 500 to Rs 1,000, while base map fees increased from Rs 2,000 to Rs 4,000. This affects certified copies of various documents, including TP schemes.
Fees for measurement sheets also doubled, from Rs 500 to Rs 1,000. Final plot F forms now cost Rs 500 (up from Rs 300), and zoning certificates are Rs 500 (up from Rs 300). TP, village, and DP sheet map fees all increased to Rs 4,000 (from Rs 2,000), and growth centre maps now cost Rs 8,000 (from Rs 4,000).
In AUDA’s board meeting, arrangements were made to allow RTI applications to be submitted online. A centralised information management system portal was established for document requests, plot validation and non-TP opinions. It will streamline access to Auda services. The board also approved consultations for 18 TP schemes.
