NEW DELHI: Ajmera Realty & Infra India reported pre-sales of ₹1,080 crore in FY25, a growth of six per cent from ₹1,017 crore it recorded in FY24.
The company’s collections stood at ₹646 crore in FY25, registering a growth of 13 per cent year-on-year.
Dhaval Ajmera, director of the company said, “Despite market fluctuations, our strategic project launches, and customer-centric approach have resulted in sales momentum across our portfolio. We expect resolution of regulatory environment giving the critical approvals for the project launches and thereby fast tracking the launches of expanded project portfolio.”
It added three projects to its pipeline admeasuring about seven lakh sq ft with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,300 crore. With this, the total launch pipeline has increased to about 2.6 million sq ft and GDV of ₹6,800 crore.
