Alphacorp to invest Rs 350 crore in residential project in Gurugram, ET RealEstate

Realty developer Alphacorp has entered into a joint venture to develop a luxury residential project in Gurgaon, with an investment of Rs 350 crore.

The company will develop 500,000 sq ft on two 2 land parcels – one 2.38 acre and another 2.36 acre.

There will be 29-floors and the company will develop 200 units, expecting a revenue of Rs 600 crore.

“With GRIHA Certified 4 Star and IGBC Gold 4 Star ratings, this development not only offers a wealth of cutting-edge amenities but also reflects our dedication to integrate sustainable practices. Alphacorp SKY1 features apartments ranging from 2,400 to 3,600 sq. ft. The project is expected to be completed within four years,“ said Ashish Sarin, Director and CEO of Alphacorp.

The project ‘Alphacorp SKY1’, is located in Sector 15, Part 2, Gurugram.

“Gurugram, due to rapid infrastructure growth and dynamic urban development is attracting diverse range of residents, businesses, and investors. With the upcoming Gurugram Metro expansions and well-planned flyovers set to enhance connectivity and reduce traffic congestions, the project is poised to establish a new benchmark in urban living”, said Santosh Agarwal, Executive Director and CFO, Alphacorp.
