Bollywood actor Anupam Kher has purchased a commercial office in Mumbai’s western suburb Andheri west for over Rs 3.88 crore.

The office space spread over nearly 887 sq ft RERA carpet area is on the 24th floor of a commercial tower Parinee I. The actor has bought the office space directly from the developer Parinee Realty.

The deal was concluded on September 3 and Kher has paid stamp duty worth Rs 23.33 lakh for the registration of the same, showed data accessed through FloorTap.com.

ET’s text message to Kher remained unanswered until the time of going to press. Parinee Realty declined to comment for the story.

Real estate remains a preferred investment for high-net-worth individuals, with Bollywood celebrities actively purchasing properties. They recognize the value of these assets, not just for personal use, but also as an investment that enhances growing wealth portfolios.

Many well-known personalities in Bollywood, including actors, producers, and directors, are strategically expanding their portfolios by acquiring properties in prime locations.
