NEW DELHI: Arkade Developers has reported a decline of 9.38 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 43.36 crore in Q2 FY5 as against Rs 47.85 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 203.33 crore in Q2 FY25, a dip of 3.66 per cent from Rs 211.06 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
Amit Mangilal Jain, promoter & CMD of the company said, “We’ve lined up strategic launches for the next two quarters to maintain momentum. Our expansion into Eastern Mumbai suburbs and robust pipeline of redevelopment projects will drive growth, backed by our solid balance sheet and healthy cash flows.”
The board of directors has approved appointment of Sumesh Mishra as additional director of the company.
Its pre-sales stood at Rs 215 crore while collections was Rs 180 crore in Q2 FY25.
