NEW DELHI: Arkade Developers has reported a growth of 2.48 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 50.08 crore in Q3 FY25 as against Rs 48.87 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 231.40 crore in Q3 FY25, a dip of 3.38 per cent from Rs 239.49 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
Pre-sales grew 23.8 per cent to Rs 556 crore, collections rose 16 per cent to Rs 478 crore in 9M FY25.
“In January 2025, we added three new redevelopment projects in the western suburbs of Mumbai. These comprise about five acres of development with a saleable carpet area of about 5.85 lakh sq ft. Overall, we have a robust pipeline of eight upcoming projects in the MMR region,” said Amit Jain, chairman and managing director of the company.
Ketu Jain has tendered her resignation as the non-executive non independent director of the company, with effect citing pre-occupation and other personal commitments.
The board of directors of the company, based on the recommendation of nomination and remuneration committee, has approved the appointment of Sandeep Ummedmal Jain as an additional director (whole time director) of the company for a term of five consecutive years with effect from January 24, 2025.
