NEW DELHI: Arkade Developers has secured the cluster redevelopment rights for four housing societies near Mahavir Nagar, Borivali West, Mumbai. The development is expected to generate a gross development value (GDV) of ₹865 crore.
The company registered the development agreement (DA) for Satya Shreepal Nagar A CHS, Om Shreepal Nagar B & C CHS, Sheetal Shreepal CHS and Sai Shreepal CHS.
The project spans 7,084 sq meters and is set to deliver a projected saleable carpet area of approximately 2.44 lakh sq ft.
The company is also redeveloping Nutan Ayojan, a co-operative housing society in Malad West. The project, spanning 6,858.90 sq meters, is expected to generate GDV of approximately ₹740 crore.
