Arvind SmartSpaces acquires 150 acre project in Ahmedabad, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Arvind SmartSpaces (ASL) has acquired a new residential plotted development project in Sanand-Nalsarovar road, Ahmedabad, on an outright basis.

The project has a total estimated area of 150 acre and a top-line potential of Rs 600 crore.

Kamal Singal, managing director and CEO of the company said, “We are happy to announce the acquisition of this residential plotted development project in the high-potential Sanand-Nalsarovar market of Ahmedabad. With this acquisition, our year-to-date (YTD) project addition value now stands at Rs 4,450 crore.”

In January 2025, the company had signed a joint development agreement for an industrial park on NH47, Bavla-Bagodara Road. The project has a total estimated area of about 440 acre and a top-line potential of Rs 1,350 crore.
