NEW DELHI: ASK Property Fund, the real estate private equity arm of ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, has exited from QVC Realty Developers at Rs 354 crore.
The investment amount was Rs 200 crore and it has achieved 1.8x multiples of capital invested with an IRR of approx 20%.
The investment was for a portfolio of three projects, one in Bengaluru and two in Gurugram. The exit was completed within a timeframe of four years.
