NEW DELHI: BCD Group, a construction and design company, has appointed Ashwinder R. Singh as vice chairman and CEO of the company. He will drive company’s growth into residential and integrated township development
The current managing director, Angad Singh Bedi has been elevated to chairman and managing director.
With over 27 years of experience, Singh has worked with Bharti Urban, JLL and Anarock. He has also held key leadership roles at Citibank, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank, and Bajaj Housing Finance.
In July 2024, the company secured a 1.5 million sq ft residential project in Bengaluru from Ramsons Trendsquares. Spread across an area of 6.5 acres, the project is coming up at a total investment layout of Rs 660 crore.
The company launched its interior design arm- Casadilusso in May 2024. It aims to furnish 1 million sq ft of real estate through its design arm. Casadilusso is expected to contribute 17% to total revenue of the company in the next three years, it had said.
