BENGALURU: BHIVE Workspace has leased 42,000 sq ft office space in Brigade Metropolis, Garudacharapalya, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru. The new facility has over 1,200 seats capacity.
The company had previously leased the eighth floor in the same building last year.
“This new signing supports our strategic vision to enhance our presence across Bengaluru’s key business hubs,” said Shesh Rao Paplikar, founder and CEO of the company.
It plans to expand its managed office space portfolio by an additional one million sq ft space during the current financial year. It has already added two to three properties as part of this plan.
The company expects to achieve a revenue target of Rs 348 crore for FY 2024-25.
Currently, the company has 27 managed offices and enterprise co-working spaces encompassing over 1.8 million sq ft and 46,000 seats.
