Birla Estates acquires land parcel for Rs 104.3 crore in Boisar, Maharashtra, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Birla Estates, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Real Estate, has acquired a land parcel covering 70.92 acres for Rs 104.3 crore in Boisar, Maharashtra.

Previously, Birla Estates had bought around 24.5 acre land in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) for Rs 537.42 crore.

The company bought five acres of land in Sector 71, Gurugram, which can be developed into about 10 lakh sq ft of space this year in July. This is expected to bring in over Rs 1,400 crore in revenue.

Birla Estates’s Ekamaya Properties purchased land for Rs 595 from Hindalco in Kalwa, Maharashtra.

Aditya Birla Real Estate (formerly Century Textiles and Industries) had reported net consolidated profit after tax of Rs 2.82 crore in Q2 FY25.
