BPTP to invest Rs 3,000 crore to develop residential project in Gurugram, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: BPTP Group plans to invest Rs 3,000 crore to develop a residential project – BPTP Amstoria Verti-Greens, in sector 102, Gurugram.

Spread across 12.05 acres, the project has a potential topline of Rs 6,500 crore. It will offer 2BHK and 3BHK residences.

The estimated cost of the project is 235005.40 lakhs while the cost of the land is 1599.27 lakh.

The company has partnered with DP Singapore as principal architect, Aedas Singapore as layout design consultant, Grant Associates UK as landscape consultant, Blink Singapore as interior designer, among others.

The overall project will be developed in three phases of which it has launched the first phase.
