NEW DELHI: Brigade Enterprises has reported a growth of 267.88 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 80.53 crore in Q1 FY25 as against Rs 21.89 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 1,113.44 crore in Q1 FY25, a growth of 62.44 per cent from Rs 685.43 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
During the quarter ended June 30, 2024, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs.23,110 lakhs to Rs. 23,114 lakhs pursuant to allotment of 37,160 equity shares on exercise of stock options by employees.
Pre-sales bookings in the real estate segment of Q1 FY25 stood at 1.15 million sq ft, with a sale value of Rs 1,086 crore. Average realisation stood at Rs 9,483 per sq ft.
Brigade Tetrarch, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) agreement to develop a 1.4 million sq ft leasable office space on Airport Road, NH 44, Bengaluru.
The proposed commercial development is expected to generate an annual lease income close to Rs. 100 crore per year, with an investment of close to Rs. 750 crore.
