Brigade Group to jointly develop 10 acres land in Mysuru, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Brigade Group has signed a deal to develop 10 acres and 37 guntas of land in Mysuru through a joint development agreement (JDA).

The project has a gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹225 crore and a total development potential of 0.37 million sq ft. It will feature plots spanning over eight acres, and apartments spread over two acres.

The company is already developing a residential project on Bogadi Road, on a land parcel, measuring five acres and 12 guntas. The proposed JDA project will have a residential development of approximately 0.45 million sq ft, with a GDV of ₹300 crore.

It recectly acquired 4.4 acres land parcel in Whitefield, Bengaluru where it is developing a residential project with a total development potential of 0.6 million sq ft and a GDV of approximately ₹950 crore.
