NEW DELHI: Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) for a new luxury residential project on Bogadi Road, Mysuru, on a land parcel, measuring five acres and 12 guntas.

The proposed project will feature a residential development of approximately 0.45 million sq ft, with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹300 crore.

The project will include 25% senior living spaces and 75% luxury apartments comprising 2 and 3 BHK units.

Pavitra Shankar, managing director of the company said, “This land deal is a significant milestone in our efforts to expand our footprint in Mysuru. We aim to bring thoughtfully designed residential spaces to key markets like Mysuru.”

The company recently acquired a land parcel of about 4.4 acres in Whitefield, East Bengaluru. It plans to develop a residential project with a total development potential of 0.6 million sq ft and a gross development value of approximately ₹950 crore.
