NEW DELHI: Amrita Singh has acquired a residential apartment in Peninsula building in Nutan Laxmi Cooperative Housing Society, Juhu, Mumbai, for Rs 18 crore.
The apartment spans a built-up area of 252.04 sq meters (2,712.9 sq ft) and includes three car parking spaces.
The deal incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs 90 lakh and a registration charge of Rs 30,000, according to the the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) documents reviewed by Square Yards. The transaction was registered in February 2025.
Recently, Varun Dhawan had acquired two apartments for Rs 86.92 crore in Twenty by D’DECOR in Juhu. The actor had purchased 4,617 sq ft apartment on the sixth floor in collaboration with his mother, Karuna David Dhawan, at a price of Rs 42.40 crore.
The second apartment of 5,112 sq ft carpet area had been purchased with his wife, Natasha for Rs 44.52 crore.
