Arvind SmartSpaces posts net profit of Rs 50.18 crore in Q3 FY25, ET RealEstate


NEW DELHI: Arvind SmartSpaces has reported a growth of 330.73 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 50.18 crore in Q3 FY25 as against Rs 11.65 crore it recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.

The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 215.47 crore in Q3 FY25, a growth of 149.33 per cent from Rs 86.42 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.

Its bookings grew by 14% year-on-year to Rs 890 crore in 9M FY25 versus Rs 784 crore 9M FY24, collections improved by 10% to Rs 725 crore in 9M FY25. Bookings were at Rs 224 crore while collections improved by 18% to Rs 229 crore in Q3 FY25.

Net debt (Interest bearing funds) stood at Rs (196) crore as on December 31, 2024. Net debt (Interest-bearing funds) to equity ratio stood at (0.34) as on December 31, 2024 as against (0.37) as on September 30, 2024.

The company entered Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) with a Rs 1,500 crore horizontal township project,
spread over about 92 acre. This project is located near Khopoli, Mumbai and has been signed under joint development model (70.5% revenue share).

It also signed an agreement to develop an industrial park in Ahmedabad spread over 440 acre with a top-line potential of Rs. 1,350 crore. This is a joint development project (70.5% revenue share) on NH47, Bavla-Bagodara Road, Gujarat.
