NEW DELHI: Brigade Group has acquired a land parcel of about 4.4 acres in Whitefield, East Bengaluru.
The company will develop a residential project with a total development potential of 0.6 million sq ft and a gross development value of approximately Rs 950 crore.
It recently launched a residential project – Brigade Eternia in Yelahanka. Spread across 14.65 acres, the project will feature 1,124 residential units with a total built-up area of approximately 2 million sq ft across 12 towers. The project has a revenue potential of over Rs 2,700 crore and is expected to be complete by March 31, 2030.
The company also launched a residential project – Ebony at its Brigade Orchards township in Devanahalli. The project comprises 230 residential units spread across four residential blocks, with a total development area of 0.5 million sq ft and an estimated revenue potential of over Rs 380 crore.
