Godrej Properties post net profit of Rs 158.20 crore in Q3 FY25, ET RealEstate


NEW DELHI: Godrej Properties has reported a growth of 152.23 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 158.20 crore in Q3 FY25 as against Rs 62.72 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.

The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 1,239.97 crore in Q3 FY25, a growth of 126.41 per cent from Rs 548.31 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.

Pirojsha Godrej, executive chairperson of the company said, “The third quarter of financial year 2025 was the 6th consecutive quarter of more than Rs 5,000 crore bookings underlying the sectoral tailwinds for the residential real estate sector in India. With a robust launch pipeline, strong balance sheet, and resilient demand, we are on-track to surpass our bookings guidance of Rs 27,000 core in FY25 while also achieving our highest ever cash collections, deliveries, earnings and operating cash flow.”

During the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, the company has allotted 2,31,21,387 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each through qualified institutions placement aggregating to Rs 6,000 crore.

As of December 31, 2024, its net worth stood at Rs 16,934.26 crore, gross debt-equity ratio was 0.88, current liability ratio was 0.89, total debts to total assets was 0.28, operating margin was 5.76% and net profit margin was 12.95%.

Booking value grew 69% to Rs 28,800 crore from the sale of 26.38 million sq ft of area, a volume growth of 54%. Collections and operating cash flow was Rs 14,779 crore, a year-on-year growth of 40%, and Rs 6,043 crore, a year-on-year growth of 52%, respectively.

During the said quarter, the company delivered projects aggregating about 18 million sq ft across seven cities and added 16 new projects with an estimated saleable area of 29.1 million sq ft and expected booking value of Rs 36,250 crore.

It raised Rs 6,000 crore of equity for growth capital through QIP in Q3FY25.
