LUCKNOW: NOCs were given to 14 applicants on the spot, while 30 maps, including regularisation cases, were approved at the ‘map redressal day’ at Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) on Friday.
LDA vice-chairman Prathamesh Kumar reviewed cases where many applicants had long-pending issues. Sangeeta Soni from Aishbagh waited two months for NOCs from multiple departments. Her husband received them at the camp. Harish Chandra from Aurangabad Jagir faced similar delays but was issued land use and acquisition NOCs instantly.
Among the approvals, Mayank Agarwal’s commercial building in LDA’s Kanpur road scheme and Sankalp Saini’s residential project in Jankipuram received regularisation clearance. The map for a dental clinic in Mahanagar was also approved.
LDA’s chief town planner, KK Gautam said that 12 maps and 18 regularisation cases were approved, 35 applications resolved online and 32 new ones submitted. The next camp is on Feb 28 for pending and new applications.
