Macrotech Developers achieves pre-sales of Rs 45.1 billion in Q3FY25, ET RealEstate


NEW DELHI: Macrotech Developers has recorded pre-sales of Rs 45.1 billion in the third quarter of the financial year 2024-25, registering 32 per cent year-on-year growth.

For the nine months of FY25, the company has achieved pre-sales of Rs 128.2 billion, showing 25 per cent year-on-year growth.

Collections were at Rs 42.9 billion for Q3 FY25, recording a growth of 66 per cent year-on-year.

It added one new project in Bengaluru with gross development value (GDV) of Rs 28 billion during the said quarter. With this, it has added eight new projects in nine months of FY25 with Rs 195 billion of GDV across Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Bengaluru and Pune, thus achieving over 90% of its full year guidance.

During the quarter, the company also acquired about 33 acres of land for its digital infrastructure (warehousing and industrial) business in the National Capital Region (NCR). It also entered into an agreement with its joint venture (JV) partner to further increase its stake in the rental income (PropCo) from its digital infrastructure platform. “This is in line with our planned strategy for calibrated growth in our annuity income thus de-risking our development business,” the company said in a BSE filing.

Macrotech Developers’ net debt reduced by Rs 6.1 billion to Rs 43.2 billion during Q3 FY25.
