NEW DELHI: NBCC (India) has sold 1,233 residential units at Aspire Golf Homes, a Supreme Court-monitored project, through an e-auction for Rs 3,216.95 crore excluding allied charges.
The fund shall mitigate the fund requirement of ongoing projects including bank loan payment. This sale will be instrumental in completion of the stalled Amrapali Projects.
The group’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,826.96 crore for Q3 FY25 and Rs 7,429.84 crore for the nine-month period, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 16.65% and 15.94%, respectively.
