NEW DELHI: Bengaluru-based Century Real Estate plans to bring in many of its land parcels into the market in the form of large new projects and is targeting sales of Rs 2,100 crore in the financial year 2024-25.
Ravindra Pai, managing director of the company said, “We are close to completion of some of our marquee projects in both residential and commercial segments. We plan to develop our land parcels in Bengaluru. These projects will infuse inventory of over Rs 7,200 crore into the market this FY.”
It has achieved 121% growth in residential sales bookings compared to its previous fiscal year. With this jump, the company recorded Rs 1,022 crore of sales in the Bengaluru market alone.
The company claims to have sold out 96% of its residential inventory from the start of FY24.
