NEW DELHI: Conscient Infrastructure plans to invest ₹1,200 crore to develop a residential project – Elaira Residences in sector 80, Gurugram.
Spread across over 5.5 acres, this project comprises 536 apartments and will be developed in multiple phases.
The company is targeting a topline of over ₹1,000 crore through the sale of 268 luxury apartments in the first phase. Apartment’s price will start at 14,500 per sq ft.
The project is designed by Hong Kong-based Benoy and financially backed by HDFC Capital.
Rajesh Jain, director of the company said, “We have plans to launch multiple luxury projects in Delhi – NCR.”
The company has a residential and commercial portfolio of nearly 20 million sq ft under various stages of development.
