NEW DELHI: COWRKS, a Brookfield Properties company, has expanded in Mumbai and Bengaluru with the opening of four new centres located at Equinox in Mumbai and Ecoworld and Centennial in Bengaluru.
This expansion will add 1.4 lakh sq ft, increasing the company’s total presence to 15 lakh sq ft across 34 operational centres.
According to a recent report by Anarock, Bengaluru holds a 25% share of the flexible workspaces in India followed by Mumbai with 13%.
