CREDAI Bengaluru appoints Zayd Noaman as its new president, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: CREDAI Bengaluru has appointed Zayd Noaman as its new president for a two-year tenure, succeeding the outgoing president, Amar Mysore.

Noaman is the executive director- chairman and managing director’s office at Prestige Group and is responsible for corporate finance, business development and strategy.

Other new office Bearers of CREDAI Bengaluru include president-elect Bimal Hegde, vice president Karan R Shetty, secretary Nischay Jayeshankar, treasurer Shivaram Kumar Malakala, and joint secretary Abhishek Ahuja. Each of them will serve a two-year term in their respective positions.

“In 2024, Bengaluru accounted for over 17% of all residential sales across India. Out of the four lakh plus homes sold across the country, seventy-one thousand were sold in Bengaluru,” said Noaman.

The new team aims to foster partnerships with key stakeholders, promote eco-friendly construction practices, and streamline processes to benefit developers and homebuyers alike.
