NEW DELHI: Delhi Development Authority extended the deadline for the registration and sale of flats under Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 and Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025 due to the overwhelming public response.
DDA stated on Tuesday that bookings under both schemes would now reopen from April 9 and continue till April 30 midnight. “The remaining unsold flats will be available for booking,” it added. The schemes offer various discounts, including a special discount of 25% on EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG flats in Narela, and LIG flats in Siraspur and Loknayakpuram. There is also a 20% special discount for MIG flats in Loknayakpuram for disadvantaged people. tnn
