DLF posts net profit of Rs 1,381.22 crore in Q2 FY25, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: DLF has reported a growth of 122.10 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 1,381.22 crore in Q2 FY25 as against Rs 621.89 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.

The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 2,180.83 crore in Q2 FY25, a growth of 47.71 per cent from Rs 1,476.42 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.

During the quarter, the company has declared dividend of Rs 5 per equity share (On the face value of Rs 2 per equity share) amounting to Rs 1,237.66 crore.

Its operating cash surplus was at Rs 1,211 crore and gross margins were at 45% during Q2 FY25.

“New sales bookings during the quarter were down to Rs 692 crore reflecting delay in receiving the requisite approvals for our new product launches. New sales bookings for the first half of the fiscal stands at Rs 7,094 crore and we remain on track to meet our guidance for the full fiscal.

Our net cash position stood at Rs 2,831 crore at the end of the period despite a higher dividend payout of Rs 1,238 crore during this quarter,” the company said in a media release.

DLF Cyber City Developers‘ (DCCDL) consolidated revenue stood at Rs 1,653 crore in Q2 FY25, reflecting year-on-year growth of 13% while consolidated profit for the quarter stood at Rs 521 crore.
