E-Infra raises debt of Rs 55 crore from HeroFinCorp, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Hyderabad-based E-Infra has raised debt of Rs 55 crore led by Hero Fincorp, the company said in a media release.

The fresh funds will be used to develop Elegant Nivasa Luxury Apartments situated in Tellapur, Hyderabad.

Spread over four acres land, the project will comprise of three towers with units ranging from 1,375 to 2,205 sq ft.

The company is looking to achieve a turnover of Rs 300 crore over the next three years.
