NEW DELHI: Pune-headquartered EFC (I) has reported net consolidated profit after tax of Rs 27.93 crore during the quarter ended March 31, 2024. It registered profit after tax of Rs 9.15 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 99.11 crore in Q4 FY24, a growth of 63.14 per cent from Rs 60.75 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
Segment-wise, the company’s rental business accounted for a major share of total revenue at Rs 69.95 crore followed by Fit Out Contracts business at Rs 23.24 crore and Rs 5.92 crore from other businesses.
For FY24, the company reported net profit of Rs 63.17 crore as against Rs 3.86 crore reported in the year-ago period. Total sales in FY24 rose a whopping 312% to Rs 428.78 crore compared to Rs 104.06 crore registered in FY23. Similarly, the company’s EBITDA for the full-year period jumped to Rs 191.92 crore from Rs 56.26 crore a year ago.
