Elan Group to invest Rs 3,000 crore to develop residential project on Dwarka Expressway, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Gurugram-headquartered Elan Group plans to invest approximately Rs 3,000 crore to develop its luxury residential project-Elan the Emperor located in Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway.

The project is a part of the company’s over 50 acres township and will comprise of a total of 580 units spread across five towers, with a total saleable area of 28,70,000 sq ft.

SWA, a landscaping architect from the U.S., UHA London, an architectural firm from the U.K., WET Design, an U.S.-based water design firm, Dubai’s CD+M, a lighting design firm, Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), an interior design firm from the U.S. and New York-based Thornton Tomasetti have been onboarded for the project. Leighton Group from Australia will be carrying out the construction.

Elan Group’s portfolio consists of 15 projects spread across Gurugram and New Delhi, offering a built-up area of approximately 25 million sq ft. In 2022, the group ventured into the luxury residential segment.
