Godrej Properties acquires 10 acres land in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Godrej Properties has acquired about 10 acres of land in Yelahanka, Bengaluru.

The project is estimated to have a developable potential of 1.5 million sq ft of saleable area, comprising primarily of residential development of various configurations and high street retail, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 2,500 crore.

In January 2025, the company had acquired about 24-acres of land parcel in Indore. The development will offer an estimated saleable area of 6.20 lakh sq ft.

In July 2024, the company had acquired 46 acres land on Indore-Ujjain Road.
