NEW DELHI: Godrej Properties has acquired an additional approximately one acre of land parcel in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru through an outright purchase.
The land has a developable potential of approximately 1.40 lakh sq ft saleable area. It plans to develop premium residential apartments on the land parcel.
The company recently bought about four acres land parcel in Yeshwanthpur on an outright basis. This project is estimated to have a developable potential of approximately 0.7 million sq ft of saleable area comprising primarily of premium residential apartments
The project has an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,000 crore with scope to increase to Rs 1,250 crore basis additional one-acre land acquisition, making it overall about five-acre parcel, it had said in the regulatory filing.
