PANCHKULA: Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) will auction 450 square metre industrial plots in Barwala Industrial Area Phase-I on Feb 23. HSIIDC estate manager, Barwala, Yogesh Kaushik said the exercise to sell commercial plots in HSIIDC has started.
To participate in the e-auction, registration can be done on the portal of HSIIDC in till Feb 15.
He said that efforts are being made to increase commercial activities in the industrial area. He said the reserve price of a plot has been kept at Rs 7,00,950.
