Ahmedabad: Land rates in Bodakdev may see six-fold increase

In 2011, the jantri rate for plots 368 and 380 in TP Scheme No. 50 in Bodakdev was Rs 10,700 per sq m. The proposed rate now ranges between Rs 58,000 and Rs 60,000 per sq m.
