Aparna Constructions invests Rs 2,851 crore to develop first phase of township in Hyderabad, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Aparna Constructions and Estates has invested Rs 2,851 crore to develop the first phase of Aparna Deccan Town in Gopanpally, Hyderabad.

This 123-acre township comprises of high-rise apartment communities and a gated community of 99 independent bungalows. Aparna Sunstone, a residential project within the township, will have nine G+44 towers, offering spacious 3 BHK residences from 1,478 to 2,237 sq ft.

With this, the company has expanded its portfolio to 82 projects, of which 71 are residential properties and 11 are commercial and retail spaces.
