NEW DELHI: BHIVE Workspace plans to double its current portfolio by adding three million sq ft over the next two years. It has already added 1.5 million sq ft to its managed office space in the past two years.
Shesh Rao Paplikar the founder and CEO of the company said, “We plan to add three million sq ft to our portfolio by the end of FY26, across six major cities in India. This growth aligns with our strategic vision and positions us for a potential initial public offering (IPO) by FY26.”
BHIVE is targeting revenue of circa Rs 350 crore for FY 2024-25, effectively doubling its growth rate from previous years.
