NEW DELHI: Brigade Enterprises has entered into a joint development agreement with land owners to develop a residential project, spread over four acres at Kurubarahalli, Mysuru.
The developable area of the project will be about 0.40 million sq ft with a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 300 crore.
“This luxury project will consist of large units including penthouses,” said Pavitra Shankar, managing director of the company.
The company recently launched a residential project – Brigade Sanctuary, spread across 14 acres on the Whitefield-Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru. It is also a joint development having a gross revenue potential of Rs 2,000 crore and total development area of around 2 million sq. ft.
“There has been a notable surge in demand for premium residences in Bengaluru. The appeal of homes and community living has risen significantly,” said Shankar.
Brigade Group has a pipeline of around 13 million sq ft in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai over the next year, of which 11 million sq ft is from residential projects.
