NEW DELHI: Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) to develop a residential project spread across 6.9 acres along Old Madras Road, Bengaluru.
The project has a total development potential of around 0.8 million sq ft and gross development value of Rs 720 core.
The company has a pipeline of new launches of around 12.61 million sq ft in residential segment across Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.
