NEW DELHI: Brigade Group has entered into a joint development agreement with the land owner to develop a grade-A office space at Sankey Road in Bengaluru.
The project will have a developable area of around 0.20 million sq ft with a gross development value (GDV) of about Rs 500 crore.
Brigade Hotel Ventures (BHVL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises, has signed of the ibis Styles in Mysuru with Accor Group. Scheduled for opening in Q3 of 2024-25, ibis Styles Mysuru will offer 130 rooms.
