NAVI MUMBAI: Cidco has announced a scheme for sale of 243 shops in Bamandongari housing complex in Ulwe node of Navi Mumbai.
The shops have been made available for the small and medium businesses in Ulwe node which is now well connected with varied modes of transportation. The online registration process for sale of shops has commenced from Mar 14 which will be on offer till April 13.
“Cidco has launched the scheme offering as many as 243 shops from its Bamandongri housing complex in the rapidly developing Ulwe node of Navi Mumbai. This scheme is especially useful for medium and small businesses. Therefore, I appeal that maximum business owners should grab this golden opportunity,” said Vijay Singhal, Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Cidco.
In the scheme, 243 shops in Bamandongari housing complex in Ulwe node of Cidco have been made available for sale through e-tendering and e-auction process. The website eauction(dot)cidcoindia(dot)com has been made available for this process. The result of the scheme will be announced on April 15, 2024.
The Cidco housing complex at Bamandongari has connectivity through Bamandongari station along the Nerul-Uran suburban railway corridor. Also, the area of this housing complex is at a close distance from MTHL (Atal Setu). Cidco’s Navi Mumbai International Airport and JNPT Port will be growth drivers for the development of this area which is well-equipped with all infrastructure facilities.
