NEW DELHI: EFC (I) has reported net consolidated profit after tax of Rs 21.11 crore during the quarter ended December 30, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 2.14 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 173.68 crore in Q3 FY24 as against Rs 26.38 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
EFC (I) has secured a lease for 32,755 sq ft area in Noida whereas, EFC, an unlisted wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has secured lease for 56,056 and 15,094 sq ft area in Hyderabad and Pune respectively.
The board of directors approved the proposal for incorporation of a subsidiary of the company in the name of Ek Design Industries to carry on business of manufacturing of furniture. EFC (I) will hold 76% equity shares of Ek Design.
