NEW DELHI: Embassy Office Parks REIT (Embassy REIT) has signed an agreement to lease Rubrik, a global cybersecurity company, at Embassy TechVillage in Bengaluru. Colliers facilitated the transaction for Rubrik.
Marcus Joseph, director Global Workplace Solutions (APJ), Rubrik, said, “This new workspace is a significant step forward in Rubrik’s journey to scale our operations and strengthen our presence in India.”
In December 2024, the company had raised Rs 1,000 crore through issuance of non-convertible debenture (NCDs) of Embassy REIT Series XII NCDs 2024 of five-year coupon-bearing debt at an interest rate of 7.73%. It will utilize the proceeds from this debt raise to repay its certain existing debt.
